Thankful

It might be corny, and it might be flooding facebook, but I do think it is important to sit back on this official day of thanks and really think about how lucky we are.  Every last one of us.  Whether it’s for something small, or something that is everything you ever dreamed of.  In my case, it is the latter.

I am so thankful for this little man. He represents everyone and everything that I love and that is important to me, and yet he is also his own little person.  I am grateful for every month of struggle to conceive him, and for the months I got the joy and privilege of carrying him in my belly.  Most of all, I am grateful that he is here, and he is healthy.  He is my love, my life, my everything.  He is the sum of all my and my husband’s parts.  Literally and physically.  I couldn’t be more thankful for him if I tried.
